Information we process
ORVENIX ContractGuard may process account identifiers, uploaded contract documents, extracted contract text, analysis results, contract actions, and limited operational metadata necessary to provide and secure the service.
How contract data is used
Contract content is processed to provide extraction, risk analysis, deadline intelligence, and related decision-support features. Contract content is not intentionally written to application audit logs.
Service providers
ContractGuard relies on third-party infrastructure and technology providers to operate the service. These may include OpenAI for AI-assisted processing, Clerk for authentication, Neon for PostgreSQL database services, Render for application hosting, and Cloudflare for infrastructure and backup storage.
AI processing
When AI-assisted analysis or question-answering features are used, relevant portions of uploaded contract content may be transmitted to an AI service provider for processing. ContractGuard is designed to send contract content only as needed to provide the requested functionality.
Backups
Contract data may be included in access-controlled operational backups used for reliability and disaster recovery. Deleted contract records may remain in backup copies for a limited period until those backups are rotated or expire.
Security and tenant isolation
ContractGuard uses authenticated access controls and tenant-scoped application logic designed to prevent one customer from accessing another customer's contract data.
Deletion
When a contract is deleted through ContractGuard, its active stored record and extracted contract content are removed from contract storage. Limited audit metadata recording that the deletion occurred may remain.
Account closure
Following account closure or termination, active Customer Content may be deleted or de-identified in accordance with applicable operational and legal requirements. Limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement of applicable agreements. Customer Content may also remain temporarily in access-controlled backup copies until those backups are rotated or expire.
Audit metadata retention
The current default retention period for application audit metadata is 90 days unless a different period is required for operational, contractual, or legal reasons.
Beta service
ContractGuard may operate as a limited beta service while security, reliability, and product controls continue to be evaluated and improved.
